I conducted a mailer with Dot-it back in Oct/Nov/D...
I conducted a mailer with Dot-it back in Oct/Nov/Dec of 2019. It was supposed to be a mailer going out in an A pool of 2500 mailer three times and a B pool again 2500 mailers 3 times. Somehow someway they made a mistake and sent the same mailer 2 times to the same 1st group back to back. It cost me $ and Food costs to have the same people within 2 weeks receive the same coupons 2 times. Dot it refused to make it right and the individual with no care or intention of making it right was Marta Richardson.
I did speak to another Lisa at Dot-it who was kind enough to listen to my plight...but was not able to assist. Although at least she returned my call and tried to help. Once again, Marta stood in the way and blamed another for the misunderstanding. Them ordering the same data...in her own words caused the mistake...yet she was unwilling the make it right in any way shape or form to the end user and myself being the customer.
Sad really....so very sad.... :(
Maybe this will get someone's attention higher up!
Update 4 days after; Upper management from Dot-It reached out and have made it right and correct the misunderstanding that occurred. I would do business with them again...for its not about the mistakes and misunderstanding that happen in this world...it is about how they are made right and corrected. I appreciate their professional follow up once the information was received and their review was made regarding the matter .
