I had a mixed experience with Svap. While their products are of high quality, their customer service needs improvement. I encountered some issues with my order and it took several attempts to get a response from their support team. However, once they did respond, they were helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I would say that Svap is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
