My air conditioner quit working...after working hours of course. I called Aire Serv based on their amazing reviews. I had the same fantastic service from start to finish as many others have described. They responded quickly to my call for help. My tech was Rob. He came out and explained everything to me step by step. He was wonderful! He was honest, kind, patient, polite and extraordinarily thorough & knowledgable. He explained what was needed, replaced the part and fixed the issue, gave me options for what would be needed long-term and emailed me pictures of the issue, helped in every way possible, and then he checked in the next day to make sure everything was working well! I will need a new air conditioner at some point because it s pretty old now, but on 80+degree days, I needed it working right away. I m thankful they didn t use my desperation to rip me off like other companies have. I will go to Aire Serv first for any further issues and for the new unit I ll eventually need. THANK YOU ROB!!!
