As a frequent traveler, I must say that my stay at Rubell hotels was average. The hotel rooms were decent and the service was satisfactory. However, I expected more from a renowned company like Rubell hotels. The staff members were friendly but not very efficient. The location of the hotel was convenient, but the amenities provided were just average. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
