I recently had my hair done by Sheila Wikoff Cosmetologist and I have to say it was an amazing experience! Sheila is incredibly talented and knowledgeable about all things hair-related. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I was 100% happy with the end result. My hair has never looked better!
