I worked with Brian for two years. He was professional, caring, and was always there when needed. He simply made me feel comfortable. Until the very end, he made sure it was my decision to the settlement that we agreed upon. HE was passionate about his job which i admired the most. He was calm even when i showed my frustration.
Ms Charro was the first lawyer i met and she was always caring and passionate about what she does as well. I was happy that she introduced me to Brian .They also showed how much they wanted to help me. It was a plus that i did get the settlement; but knowing that if i lost the case i knew and felt they were doing their best.
Front desk Loreann was also very caring. It is a place that you would feel welcome.
I would say be patient whatever you go through. But i can say I am glad i decided to have them represent me. I am forever grateful.
