Being a long-time customer of a certain company, I have to say that Paradigm Group, Inc. is not that great. The services they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer support can be hit or miss, and sometimes it takes them a while to resolve any issues. I wouldn't say that I'm unhappy with their services, but I'm also not overly impressed. There are better options out there.
