This staff is extremely inept. I've been trying to reach a communications director for over four days now. No one answers. I get a string of voicemails. Now, I see that even the front desk goes straight to voicemail. How are Catholics supposed to have recourse to our archbishop when there is a wall of inefficient and seemingly apathetic bureaucracy?
