I had a mixed experience at Northside tattoo. The artist I worked with was great, and they did an excellent job on my tattoo. However, their customer service left something to be desired. It took a long time to get an appointment, and there were some miscommunications along the way. Overall, I'm happy with my tattoo, but the process could have been smoother.
