I am a long-time customer of Progressive Data Systems and I must say their services are average. While they do provide reliable solutions, I have had a few issues with their customer support. The response time was not satisfactory and it took longer than expected to resolve my queries. Overall, I would rate them average and hope they work on improving their customer service.
