I have been a customer of Münchner Verlagsgruppe GmbH for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is simple. However, the quality of the products could be better. The books I have purchased from them have had a few printing errors and the paper quality is not the best. Overall, I would rate them as average.
