I have been a loyal customer of Ssi group for several years now and I must say that their services have always been average. The company website, ssi.cz, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I feel that the company could improve in terms of customer support. The response time is quite slow and sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution to my issues. Overall, I would rate Ssi group as average.
