I have always been fascinated by bonsai trees, and when I decided to get one for myself, I came across Ottawa Bonsai. I must say, their selection is impressive, and the quality of the trees is outstanding. The website is easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the packaging, as my tree arrived with a slightly bent branch. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.
