A horrible customer service plan to "require" appointments. Just don't! since they are completely disregarded and unnecessary and thus automatically creates anger. If you hadn't 'required' an appointment, I would be totally at peace waiting.

Note to others: NO NEED FOR APPOINTMENT, TOTAL LIE ONLINE. You will wait with everyone as a walkin.
