I have mixed feelings about Monstro. On one hand, their customer service was exceptional. They were quick to address my queries and provided helpful assistance. On the other hand, the product I ordered did not meet my expectations. The quality was average, and there were some minor defects. I appreciate the efforts made by their support team, but I hope they work on improving their product quality.
