I had an average experience with Sun N Spokes Inc. The bike I purchased was decent for the price, but I encountered some issues with the brakes after a few weeks. The customer service was helpful in providing guidance to fix the issue, but it was a bit of a hassle. Nonetheless, I appreciate their assistance and hope they can improve the quality control.
