I recently signed up for Planet netcom's internet services and I must say, I am a bit disappointed. The internet connection is not as fast as I expected and I have experienced a few instances of downtime. The customer support team is not very helpful and it takes a long time to get any assistance. The website is not very user-friendly either. Overall, an average experience with Planet netcom.
