Definitely 5 star service! Quick checkin and quick back out the door in the loaner when I dropped my GS off for warranty work. Repairs quickly and accurately performed and everyone was very courteous. If you choose to wait, the waiting area is top notch as well. You cannot beat Lexus of Knoxville Service Department.
