I have been living in Bear Valley for a few years now and I must say that I am very happy with the services provided by the local residents association. The management team at Bear Valley Residents INC is doing a great job at maintaining the community. The website, bvri.org, is user-friendly and provides useful information about upcoming events and important announcements. I appreciate the effort put into making Bear Valley a great place to live!
