I had a very good experience with New Millenium Consulting, specifically the very talented recruiter. The NMC recruiter , unlike other staffing agencies, really seemed to be concerned about what I was looking for in my next role. She candidly presented to me the pros and cons about the opportunity to help me make an informed decision. I was hesitant to move but she was very patient, answered all my questions . Within a week I was interviewing at a top financial services company and the following week I had an offer . Very satisfied with the outcome.
