This is a response to the anonymous assertion that the seminary teaches that there are mistakes in the Bible. It happens that there are mistakes in the Bible. Some of the chains of "begats" in the Old Testament contradict each other. This is because rabbis hundreds of miles apart were mistaken about each other's lineages. There were also errors made intentionally in translating the Old Testament into Greek under the Ptolomaic Dynasty. Furthermore, some of what is written against Jeroboam and the Samaritan in the Old Testament and in the Talmud are bare-faced lies, written by Jews, including the entirety of 1 Kings 13.
