We contracted GDE Renovations to oversee an $850k complete exterior rehab of our community, Bella Apartments. They were extremely professional, communicated updates to us daily and the work they completed was on schedule and looked great! They were mindful of our tenants, completed the project on time and within budget. We could not be happier with how this project was handled and we will definitely be using GDE Renovations on our future projects at this community and all of our others. Thanks GDE!
