I had a satisfactory experience with Basico. The website was easy to use and had a decent selection of products. The customer service was prompt in answering my questions. However, the overall quality of the product I purchased was not exceptional. It was average at best. I may consider shopping at Basico again, but I'll keep my expectations in check.
