I recently used a security company for my home security needs, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with their services. The team was careless during the installation, causing damage to my property. They also did not provide proper instructions on using the system, leaving me confused. Moreover, their customer service was unresponsive and did not address my concerns. I would not recommend this company for security solutions.
