I Had a terrible experience last night at this hospital. The lack of communication and acknowledgement from these doctors specifically doctors Susan Brian was very very disappointing! She was also very dismissive. Besides her there was another nurse I m not to sure of her name, tried to use an ultrasound trying to find a vein to draw blood on my 6 month old child poked her several times not finding no vein and when they did she wasn t producing enough and the lack of concern for a 6 month old was insane!

Other wise, Nurses ( Nolan Nelson, Susan, Cynthia, and Edson) from the pediatric department did me so well. Being very attentive, made me felt heard, gave me proper communication, I m so happy I was able to mrun into them. Also, Doctor Gist Roman was lovely! He came in saw me child, gave his input, gave information, told us what to look out for and was all around amazing.
