The food at Authentic Texas was good, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The brisket was a bit too dry and lacked flavor. The cornbread was okay, nothing special. The service was average, nothing memorable. The atmosphere was decent, but it didn't really add to the overall experience. I probably wouldn't choose to dine here again when there are other better options available.
