I recently had the opportunity to invest with Penfed Invest and I must say it was an average experience. The company's website, powertechhvac.com, provided me with enough information to make an informed decision. The investment process was fairly straightforward, and I appreciated the user-friendly interface. However, the communication from the company could have been better. It took some time to receive updates on my investment, and I often had to follow up myself to get any information. This lack of proactive communication was somewhat disappointing.
