This office is very rude. I have severe memory problems and waited months to see them about it. When my appointment time and day came I did not remember. Soon as I realized that I missed it the employee who answered told me because I refused to show up said I needed another referral from my primary doctor. So I waited and saw my primary who a few days later said Dr Ignatious would not see me because I missed my appointment so I never had to get a new referral or see my primary doctor. The whole reason to see them is because post concussion severe memory loss. It s not suprisimg in my position that I would forget. That s the reason I need help. So I m refused service, without reminder phone call which would have sparked my attention. They are rude, uncaring and only have their interests in mind. I will tell you do not allow them to bully you and strongly say do not go to this Dr group. They don t care about your needs.
