While the staff were friendly and professional, I found that the results were not as impactful as I had hoped. The strategies suggested were somewhat generic and did not seem tailored to my specific needs. Additionally, the communication could have been more proactive and transparent. I got the sense that there was a lack of thorough understanding of my industry and target audience, which affected the effectiveness of the campaigns. Overall, the experience was average.
