After doing some research, I decided to go with a home warranty from homewarranty.com. It seemed like a good decision as they had positive reviews and a wide range of coverage options. However, I experienced some issues with their claims process. It took longer than expected to get a resolution, and their customer service wasn't always helpful. On the positive side, once the claim was approved, the repair work was done well. I hope they improve their claims process to provide a better overall experience.
