Living in Orchard Bluff Mobile Home Park has been a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the location is great and the rent is reasonable. On the other hand, the management could be more responsive to issues and the noise from neighboring units can sometimes be bothersome. Overall, it's an okay place to live.
