I have had mixed experiences with ctiai.com. Some of their products are of excellent quality and I have been very happy with them. However, there have been a few instances where I received faulty items and had to go through the return process. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issues, but it was still a hassle. Overall, I would say ctiai.com is a decent company, but they could do better in terms of quality control.
