The clinic's website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about the services offered. However, the appointment scheduling process was a bit confusing and could use improvement. The staff were friendly, but the wait time was longer than expected 😕. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an average experience – some aspects were great, while others could be better. I hope they work on streamlining their appointment process and reducing wait times to enhance the overall customer experience.
