Unfortunately didn t feel comfortable buying from here.

Was in the market for a Jeep Unlimited lease to replace our Accord. Met Mark Mosayebi who I thought was pretty decent guy and straightforward, which I preferred. Went through the numbers and told him what I was looking for with a lease. Was looking to do a trade in with 0 down. We couldn t come to numbers so I figure it s not meant to be.

Fast forward to a couple of weeks later, he calls me and gets me to a better number but me only if I put $800 down. I advise that the number is better but I m not looking to pay for the $799 dealer fee. This is where the red flag comes, he states that his deals don t include the dealer fee and the down is what I need to get to the payment quoted his deals don t include the dealer fee . To that end, I explained that $800 is the dealer fee and that s how it calculated in my head.

This isn t my 1st lease so I ask for sales price, money factor and residual % so that I can make an informed decision (things to know when calculations a payment). Mark then goes to say why? I m getting you to your payment I explain that I may want to buy the Jeep and I know how leases work so I want to get the best value for my money. I get the I ll call you back with numbers response and so far, have not been reached by Mark or anyone in management.

Their sister store in Gastonia was at least more straightforward and receptive to my questions.

Before you go in, please make sure to do your research. There are plenty of other Jeep dealerships around the Charlotte area so buy with who you feel comfortable with.
