I have been using Astel communications for a few months now and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and their plans are reasonably priced. However, the customer support needs improvement. It takes a while to get a response and sometimes the solutions provided are not effective. Overall, I would rate my experience with Astel communications as average.
