Moving with Nextories (ex i-demenager) was a bit of a mixed experience. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Some of my furniture got scratched during the move, and I had to follow up with their customer service to resolve the issue. However, they were responsive and ultimately compensated me for the damages. Overall, I would rate them as average.
