Nice hotel, very convenient to reach the center of Caracas (through taxi service). The only flaw is the inside restaurant: If you order from the menu, it should not happen that after about 10 minutes the waiter comes to tell you that is not available and offer you an alternative. For the rest, it is an exceptional hotel.
