Simply Marcella is a pretty average company. I've shopped with them on a few occasions and have had mixed experiences. The quality of their products is decent but not outstanding. The website is easy enough to use but it could be more visually appealing. The customer service is hit or miss. Overall, it's an okay place to shop.
