Review of Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.
Visiting Kentucky and saw the rave reviews for the zoo a half hour away and decided to check it out.

The only zoo I'm familiar with is the one in Asheboro, NC which I've been to several times.

The Asheboro zoo is much larger, much more beautiful, has many more animals and exhibits, and is cheaper.

There's nothing wrong with the Cincinnati zoo, but comparatively, it's a small attraction in a big city.
Seeing construction cranes, buildings, and hearing sirens in the distance takes away from the natural experience.
