I attended a cooking class at Mirepoix cooking school and it was an amazing experience. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about cooking. I learned a lot of new techniques and recipes. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend attending a class at Mirepoix!
