We have been with TMC since 2010, everytime when we are in the need for help, we know we can depend on TMC they are professional and very knowledgeable of the Accounting Systems. We can always depend on them to come through to help us resolve problems and make recommendation. TMC has helped us with creating complicated reports. Julie is our go to person to assist us in creating complicated Financial Statement and reports. Floyd is our go to person for system issues, on numerous times he has save the day when we have question on how to do certain processes. Floyd has helped us in making decisions with making recommendation on other models that are available with our processes. Jim is always been so helpful, whenever I ask to set up meeting or we need assistance he always directed us to the proper people that can assist us.
The entire team are so easy to work with and are always so professional and very knowledgeable about anything we bring up relating to Great Plains or any other types of models they have available. They are one of the Best Teams I have worked in my career.
