Great set up for kids and adults alike. Really interesting and we were impressed with how much of the buildings were open and accessible to walk around. Queues for the crown jewels we're well managed and moved quickly. Beefeaters and staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't do a tour as our 8-year-old just wanted to wander but there were several options to choose from if you wanted a guided experience. Toilets were adequate given that it was a very busy day. Definitely recommend buying entrance ticket in advance to walk straight in.
