Like any other NIT, NITJ is an institute of national interest and a deemed university. The campus has a lot of things to offer but it certainly lacks at the management level. Too much pf paper work makes the thing time bound and less flexible. Some policies definitely requires second thoughts but the students are coping well. Wishing all the best is you are a newcomer and don't complain too much as it will not be helpful if you are not willing to bring the change.
