I had the opportunity to engage with Merbeck consulting limited for a project. The experience was not bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. They provided decent service, but there were some inconsistencies in communication. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, but there is room for improvement in terms of meeting deadlines and being more proactive with updates. Overall, an average experience.
