I had a rather average experience with Fausto Hirano Alfaiate. While the quality of their tailoring work was good, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff didn't seem very attentive or knowledgeable, and it took longer than expected to get my alterations done. Overall, I would say they are just an average tailor.
