I recently utilized the services of Five Diamond Capital and I must say I'm not impressed. While their rates were fairly competitive, their customer service left much to be desired. It was difficult to get in touch with their representatives and my queries were often left unanswered. Overall, it was a rather underwhelming experience. I would recommend exploring other financing options.
