Neuro-Linguistic Programming emerged in the 1970's...

Neuro-Linguistic Programming emerged in the 1970's and had not changed much in the interim until Carl Buchheit added significant augmentations over the last 30 years to create *Transformative* NLP. His company, NLP Marin, offers a profusion of trainings from Core Competencies of Communications and Change through Masters Practitioners Certification and includes additional graduate offerings. (My comments come after more than 300 hours of training.) While many, many NLP courses exist, as well as hundreds of books, Carl's evolution of trainings combines new materials and extensive in-class exercises that guarantee you will have access and abilities far exceeding the academic content. Free weekly study groups are included as part of many of the courses. I was surprised that the interpersonal communication skills I learned far exceeded my expectations generated from the course description materials. It was common among the participants to conclude that they gained far more than they expected to learn much of it in areas they didn't know existed before the class. I did not meet anyone who wasn't delighted with the outcome of the class they were in. For these and additional reasons, I confidently highly recommend any of the NLP Marin courses.
