I have been a resident of the Peoria Housing Authority for several years now, and I must say that my experience has been average at best. While the staff is generally helpful, there have been instances where my maintenance requests were not addressed promptly. Additionally, there have been some issues with cleanliness and maintenance of the common areas. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement.
