I have been a customer of the Federation of Screenwriters in Europe for over a year now and I must say that their services are average at best. While they do provide some useful resources for screenwriters, there have been times when I have found the information to be outdated or incomplete. Additionally, their customer support could use some improvement as it can be difficult to get a response from them in a timely manner. Overall, I would give them a rating of average.
