I had a decent experience with Rugged Tech. Their website was easy to navigate and their product selection was good. However, the customer service could have been better. It took them some time to get back to me and when they did, they didn't provide a satisfactory solution. The product I received was of average quality. Overall, Rugged Tech is an average company.
